This course is designed for people who would like to gain the New CLAIT (Computer Literacy And Information Technology) qualification.


None, however knowledge of computer fundamentals would be advantageous.


The course covers the basics in four different software applications given you a thorough grounding in the most popular software packages used in business today. In order to achieve a full certificate candidates are required to achieve five units, the core unit and four additional units. This course covers the four additional units. The core unit covers basic Windows skills, which can be gained from our Windows Beginners course.

The four elements of this course are designed to teach you how to produce quality documents and give you a good understanding of each application and its use.
